CONSULTATION & PRE-PLANNING

By being actively involved in the project from the start our clients can leverage our wealth of experience. From discussing production options including paper, print & finishing to creating die lines and mock-ups, a clear and thoughtful plan is the basis for a cost-effective and successful project.
PRE-PRESS SERVICES
Pre-press is a critical stage for every project. Whether it is commercial print, POP or packaging, we re-touch and colour correct images, prep files and supply press-ready final files complete with PDF and Epson proofs.
Our hands-on expertise ensures that every project is flawlessly executed.
STUDIO & DESIGN SERVICES
PressLinx provides customized Studio Services including graphic design, photography, production art and digital ad delivery. We provide turnkey studio services for clients who require an outsourced solution to manage their production requirements.
For those clients who have in-house studio capabilities we act as an overflow resource assisting when work volume exceeds the capability of the internal resources or when specialty expertise is required.
RETOUCHING & COLOR CORRECTION
When supplied with images from many different sources, keeping them all looking open, clean, in-balance and reproducing flawlessly is a priority.
This Lexus image is a perfect example of how we excel at making images “pop” by fixing imperfections and flaws as well as balancing saturation and hue for easier and more accurate colour reproduction on press.
PRINTING
PRINT MANAGEMENT IS AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO.
We direct print jobs at every stage to ensure a well-executed print run that delivers a finished product that exceeds the expectations of our client. A key PressLinx strength is that we are not beholden to any one printer. Our network of printing partners is extensive. Our unrestricted access to this broad group of highly skilled printers and leading-edge printing technologies allows us to provide the optimal printing solution for every client project.
OFFSET PRINTING
Perfect for high-volume and high-quality projects, conventional Offset Lithography or UV Lithography utilize high speed, multi-colour machines designed for repeatable and exacting print projects.
This process incorporates usage of process colours, special colours, spot varnish techniques and AQ and UV coatings. Through our network of print partners we have access to presses up to 64” wide.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital Printing is perfect for cost-effective, short run, and quick turn around projects on many substrates ranging from paper to heavy board and pressure sensitive materials.
Personalized variable data has become the standard and can be easily incorporated into DM projects. We are not limited to standard size projects, but can accommodate oversize press sheets up to 14” x 37”.
SCREEN PRINTING
Suitable for heavy board, corrugate,
coro-plast, rigid plastic and other substrates.
This process incorporates the use of a fine mesh that allows the ink to press through and adhere to the selected substrate on sheets
up to 48” x 96”.
PACKAGING PRINTING
Flexo, UV and conventional litho print on many different substrates can be combined with various finishing techniques to produce outstanding and attention-getting packaging.
FINISHING & DISTRIBUTION
OUR ROLE IN THE FINISHING & DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR PROJECT IS CRITICAL.

FINISHING
We partner with leading-edge Finishers and Binderies to complete your project with the attention to detail that you expect.
We provide full-service finishing from trimming, folding and stitching to foil stamping, embossing, die cutting (including laser and digital) and gluing.
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
When it comes to this final stage of a project our motto is “Pick, Pack and Prepare”. We utilize client-supplied data to coordinate and execute this critical project stage and partner with some of the leading world-wide shipping companies to ensure that delivery deadlines are met in the fastest and most cost-effective manner. Complete parcel tracking and delivery confirmation is provided.
